Project Description: Please describe the project in detail (Project Scope). Is it an entirely new project or a redesign of an existing project? Please also include the scale of the project.

Project Goals: What are the primary and secondary goals of this project? (Sales, brand recognition, entertainment, building community, etc.) How important is this project to your company? How does this project fit into your company's overall organizational objectives and goals?

Project Features / Functionality: What are the main features and functionality of this project? (Dynamic content, database-driven application, eCommerce, content management system, portal, intranet/extranet, personalization, bulletin board, etc.) Please also include detailed descriptions of every feature.

Challenges / Obstacles: Do you have any concerns or issues regarding the implementation of this project? Which part of the project do you think will be the most challenging?

Project Evaluation: How will you measure the success of this project? Will this project pay for itself?

Project Timeline: What is the time frame for this project? When do you want the project to finish? When is the project launch date? Are there any factors driving the launch date?

Project Resources: What is your budget for this project? Do you have any previous work developed for this project? Do you have any assets or in-house staff assisting the production of this project?

Project Manager: Please provide the name, phone number, and email for the project manager of this project.

Project Approvals: Are there any processes in place for gaining approvals? Who is the decision maker for the project? Please also include the decision maker's contact information.

Maintainence Plan: Do you have any plan on how to update the project? How often do you need to update the contents or functionality of the project?

Content Provider(s): Who will be responsible for the content of the project? How, when and where will the content will be generated? Do you have content stored digitally?

Corporate Identity: Does your company have an identity system developed, such as logo, fonts, colors, usage guidelines, style guide, business card, marketing materials, etc? If so, please provide the name, phone number, and email for the contact person who can provide such assets.

Strategic Plan: What is your company's long-term and short-term mission statement? What is your company's competitve statement? What are the key selling points of your company's products or services (Unique Selling Position)?

Target Audience: What is your main target audience? Please break down into a list of appropriate groups based on your criteria, and list them from the most to least important.

Current Mindset: What is the current mindset of your main target audience? What is their interpretation of your company's services or products?

Target Audience Profile: Please describe your ideal customer or user's background information. Identify by demographics, psychographics and purchasing habits.

Back-End Technology: Are you currently using any back-end technology such as a database, server-side script, or application? If so, do you have plans for changing or updating the system? Do you have any existing databases that need to be integrated?

Company's Technical Ability: What is the expertise of your company's technical group?

Server Specification: If you already have an online presence, is it being hosted internally or externally? Please provide detailed specifications such as programming languages and the database version supported for every server (development, staging, and live server) that will be used to implement the project.
